1.     Module: Possibility of Experience Transfer

Succession can be realized if the competitive advantage of the enterprise comes from the coexistence of family and business. Without the follower/ successor there is no leader. The actions of the old leader - which she/he was followed by - will be unrepeatable in the future; therefore his/her management experience can be realized and taught through 'story-telling the best'. The more precise plans the potential successor has, the less possible is that he/she has an impracticable/unimaginable vision. Vice versa: the more original/innovative vision, the less concrete, measurable goals the successor has. When planning the succession, the delicate proportion of the stability and flexibility of the enterprise has to be taken into account.
